We represent over 250 international suppliers, including some of the best known and most trusted names in the HAVCR industry including Embraco, Tecumseh, LG, Hitachi, LU-VE, Carel, Eliwell and LAE Electronic. In all, we have access to over 28,000 different parts covering every stage of the refrigeration cycle.
We hold over £4 million of goods in stock at any one time with over 95% availability for our most popular 2000 items. In 2019, we sold around 50,000 compressors in the UK alone.
We aim to offer our customers a choice of high quality but competitively priced ranges, sometimes offering brands that are new to our customers in the UK, such as evaporators from Turkish manufacturer Karyer. We support key partners such as Embraco with the launch of new and innovative products, including Bioma and sliding condensing units and we have recently extended our range to include C02 condensing units from Panasonic.
Instead of a branch network, our sales team take orders by phone, email or online, which are processed and shipped from our distribution centre in Bolton – either directly to the customer’s office or to a project site. This means our customers get their components in a more convenient way than having to visit a trade counter, saving them both time and hassle.
Our most popular refrigeration, air conditioning and catering components and spares are available from our eCommerce website (2150 different products in total but growing all the time). We offer a nationwide delivery service – with a choice of options including same-day and various next-day timed deliveries. In addition to our nationwide coverage, our key products are available to buy directly from our 12 independent trade counter partners.
